Rec Registration Notes

2024 FALL REC BASEBALL

Fall registration begins Tuesday, July 2, at 6am.

To ensure an improved experience, East Side Baseball is placing limits on the number of players in each league. With high demand expected, we encourage you to register as soon as possible. Once a league reaches its capacity, wait lists will be created and players are not guaranteed a spot on a fall team.

The decision to cap teams and players is in response to valuable feedback from our families about the need for more practice opportunities and player development. By controlling registration numbers, teams will now have weekly practice slots alongside scheduled games.

Mark your calendar for these important dates:

July 2: Registration opens at 6am (open until all spots are filled)
July 15: Late Fees applied to Registration
August 3: Fall Evaluations
Week of August 5: Team selections
Weekend of August 10: Practices begin
August 24: Opening Day
September 20-29: Fall break (no games)
October 12: Beginning of season-ending tournament
October 29: Fall season ends

Fall League Ages (Oldest through Youngest Birthdays):

Shetland – 5/1/2018 though 4/30/2020
Pinto – 5/1/2016 though 4/30/2018
Mustang – 5/1/2014 though 4/30/2016
Bronco – 5/1/2012 though 4/30/2014
Pony – 5/1/2010 though 4/30/2012
Colt – 5/1/2006 though 4/30/2010
